The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 279 "An                     
Act relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, commercial               
motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft" and recommended it be                  
replaced with                                                                  
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 279(JUD), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to operating or driving a motor                              
vehicle, commercial motor vehicle, aircraft, or                                
watercraft; to classifying certain driving while                               
intoxicated offenses as felonies; to motor vehicle                             
forfeiture; and providing for an effective date."
